The individual will be trained to assume the lead position on the second truck after their training is complete.ResponsibilitiesAssist the lead in all gutter installation, gutter cover installation & other gutter service dutiesInstall, remove, and reinstall gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, etc.Gutter cleaning and maintenance services.Work outdoors in various weather conditions.Assisting the Lead Installer in gutter and fascia installation, inventory pick-up, job site prep and clean-up and keeping the truck organizedQualificationsDriver's license and a good driving record.Benefits/Perks2 weeks PTO & sick leaveProfessional development assistanceBase Salary + BonusesCareer Advancement Opportunities within 1-2 years.5% sales commission if you are able to sell products and services above the originally approved job.Company OverviewThe Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise.
