This role guides student learning and productivity by building meaningful relationships and connecting students with resources to remove barriers to educational success. The Life Coach is an integral member of The Excel Center staff, contributing to student success, retention, and graduation outcomes while fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture. Student Support & Barrier Removal: Assess challenges, respond to crises, and adjust goals to keep students on track. Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with academic teams and staff to support student success and connect to post-secondary opportunities. Community Engagement: Develop partnerships to link students with wrap-around services and external resources. Data & Program Impact: Track and analyze student data to drive outcomes and contribute to school-wide goals. What You’ll Bring: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
