Your Role

Reach out to potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

Reconnect with leads to boost their interest and support them during the hiring process

Keep meticulous and updated records in our tracking system

Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires from your referrals
