Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce opportunities available through MLR and gauge their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our experienced recruiters for effective screening
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with leads to sustain their interest and assist them throughout their job search journey
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is kept in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your results: meetings set, interviews held, and successful hires from your connections
