As part of our school-based therapy team, you will collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students in developing the skills needed to participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom and beyond. Compensation $80–$90 per hour (Contractor Rate) Full-time school hours available Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Position Highlights Full-time school-based schedule Consistent weekday hours Opportunity to support students across a variety of needs and age groups Collaborative partnership with teachers, families, and school teams Independence and flexibility that comes with a contractor role Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, handwriting, classroom participation, and functional independence Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school and professional standards Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting student outcomes Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license Experience working with children preferred School-based experience preferred but not required Why Join Our Team?
