Position: School Social Worker

A school district near Flint, MI is looking for a School Social Worker to support students throughout the school year. This is a full-time school-based opportunity focused on helping students navigate social-emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges.
Position Details:
Full-time schedule
School-based setting
Support students with social-emotional needs
Provide individual and group support as appropriate
Collaborate with teachers and school support teams
Participate in student meetings and interventions
Maintain student documentation and progress records
Work closely with school staff to support student success
Requirements:
Valid Michigan state license/credential required
School approval through the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with students and school teams
