Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and with a small crew.
Job Responsibilities
Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
Wipe down all sills and frames to ensure cleanliness
Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows
Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
Communicate professionally and kindly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
Requirements
Previous experience in professional window cleaning is highly preferred
Previous professional pressure washing experience is a plus
Ability to work both independently and with a small crew
Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as needed
Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
Schedule:
8 hour shift
No weekends
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
